Velora is a skincare brand based in Beirut, Lebanon, trading through thisisvelora.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by message once we've accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the address can't be reached, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm.
We accept cash on delivery and card payment.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

4. Our products

Velora products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Patch test before first use. Stop using the product and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you experience irritation. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure, check with a healthcare professional first.

Results vary between people. Our 14-day promise is set out in full in our Refund Policy.

5. Product information and images

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Photography, screen colours and packaging may vary slightly from what arrives. If something is materially different from what was described, our Refund Policy covers you.

7. Your account and information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you give us, and for keeping any account login secure.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or copy our content, photography, product names or branding for commercial use without written permission.

9. Our content

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, product design and packaging — belongs to Velora and is protected.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability we can't legally exclude.
