Shipping policy
Every Velora order is packed by hand and sent out from Beirut. Here's exactly what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently deliver across all of Lebanon. International shipping isn't available yet — when it is, this page will be updated.
Processing
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You'll get a message from us once your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Beirut and surrounding areas: typically 1–2 business days.
Other governorates: typically 2–3 business days.
Weather, public holidays and courier delays can occasionally push this out. If something is running late, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you confirm. There are no fees added after that point.
Cash on delivery
You can pay in cash when your order reaches you. Please have the exact amount ready — our couriers don't always carry change. Card payment at checkout is also available.
Delivery attempts and addresses
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Our courier will call before delivering, so an incorrect or unreachable number is the most common cause of a failed delivery.
If we can't reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to us and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
