The Story Behind Velora
Velora was born out of a simple question: why are the most effective skincare ingredients often the oldest ones?
We kept coming back to rice. Used for centuries across Asia for luminous, healthy skin, rice has been one of nature's best-kept beauty secrets. Yet most modern skincare either ignores it entirely — or reduces it to a minor ingredient buried in a long formula list.
We wanted to change that. So we built Velora around it.
Based in Lebanon, we set out to create a small, focused line of products that put rice at the center — not as an afterthought, but as the star. We spent months perfecting two formulas: one powered by White Rice for brightening and smoothing, one by Black Rice for deep cleansing and purifying.
No unnecessary fillers. No complicated 12-step routines. Just two products, made thoughtfully, that genuinely work.
